I’m so grateful you’re here! At Reflections of Wellness, we embrace the power of wellness, connection, and transformation. My path to this space has been an ever-evolving journey, shaped by my passion for healing, my personal experiences, and my desire to help others live their most vibrant lives.
My Journey
I founded Reflections of Wellness in 2005, and from the start, I’ve been on a mission to help people reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. My first decade of work was deeply rooted in supporting individuals struggling with addiction. I saw firsthand how essential it is to approach healing in a holistic way—mind, body, and soul. This insight inspired me to dive deeper into my own wellness journey, leading me to study nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I earned my certification as a Holistic Health Coach.

Through my studies, I discovered the transformative power of whole foods and a natural lifestyle—not just for myself, but for my children as well. It was truly amazing to witness the positive impact of these changes on my own family and to share this knowledge with others. I also found a strong calling to work in the community, offering corporate wellness programs, school wellness fairs, and Employee Wellness Days, all while continuing to support individuals in addiction recovery.
Expanding the Vision
As my work with clients and communities grew, I realized that healing goes beyond the physical. This realization led me to embrace yoga, meditation, and energy coaching as essential tools for personal transformation. The moment I discovered Energy Coaching, it felt like coming home. This practice allowed me to guide my clients on a journey of self-discovery, helping them quiet their minds, tune into their body’s sensations, and access their intuitive wisdom. It’s been such a privilege to witness the powerful shifts my clients make as they embrace this work.
In 2017, I experienced a life-changing event when I had a stroke. This profound experience forced me to re-examine the importance of slowing down and prioritizing self-care. It was a pivotal moment that deepened my understanding of the necessity for nurturing oneself, and I’ve since made it a central theme in my work. I guide my clients to not only recognize the possibility for self-care but to truly embrace it as essential for their well-being.
My Approach
Today, my sessions are as unique as the individuals I work with. I draw from my diverse certifications and experiences—holistic health coaching, yoga, meditation, energy work, and mindful art—to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for clients. Together, we blend movement, breathing, meditation, and creativity to nurture healing, growth, and transformation.
My yoga classes are designed with gentle, restorative practices that focus on stillness and presence. With a deep belief in the power of slowing down, my teachings gravitate towards Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Subtle Yoga. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will find a welcoming environment to honor your body’s needs and rediscover balance.
